It is with obvious regret and especially the greatest concern for everyone’s wellbeing that we have closed for business for the time being.

In order to try and offer some clarity, we have been in touch with all guests whom have booked with us directly and are due to stay with us between now and 30th June 2020.  We are grateful that most guests have chosen to reschedule these breaks to a later date.  As the situation develops we will review and be in contact with further guests in due course. 

For all existing and future reservations made with us that are affected by the Government restrictions placed on holiday accommodation and unnecessary travel we now offer the following reassurances:

- Existing bookings made with us may be rescheduled to an available future date at no cost to you.  Depending upon the cost of the new dates we will either make a partial refund to you or you will pay just the difference in cost.  If travel is prohibited by Government restrictions we will refund in full all payments made.

- Future reservations may be secured by a deposit of £50 payable upon booking; the balance payment will due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  If Government restrictions remain in place we will offer you the option to reschedule at no cost or refund you in full.
