TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please either:

(a) - fill in your details using the form on the 'Enquiries/Book'

(b) - use the 'Book Now' button to provisionally reserve your selected dates, or 

(c) - telephone or email us directly.

By booking directly you can be assured of the very best possible service.  We do not charge any booking or service fees and all bed linen, towels, electricity and an initial supply of logs are provided.

Upon receipt of your enquiry we will reply with further confirmation and payment details. 

PAYMENTS

An initial deposit of £150 is required to place your booking.

A security/damages deposit (£150) is payable with the final balance which is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. 

Payment can be made securely by online bank transfer (preferred) or by cheque.

SHORT BREAKS

During the winter months of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb only weekend or mid-week breaks with flexible arrival dates are possible.  Prices are calculated as follows:

3 nights (minimum stay)  - 70% of weekly tariff

4 nights                          - 75% of weekly tariff

5 nights                          - 80% of weekly tariff 

6/7 nights                       - full tariff

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Changeover day is Friday for 7-night breaks. 

The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and departure is by 10am on your final day.

Like so many sectors we have faced so much uncertainty over recent months.  As we look forward to reopening we continue to put the wellbeing of our guests first. 

Reassurance.   We follow the very best practices across the hospitality industry and Government guidelines.  We take all necessary healthy and safety measures to make sure that your stay is a safe and as enjoyable as you’d expect.  Ours is a sensible approach, maintaining our robust cleaning and sanitising regime whilst also allowing you to take personal responsibility during your stay.

Flexibility.  Should future restrictions result in us not being able to provide your booked stay, all monies already paid by you (whether initial deposit or final balance) will be refunded to you in full.  You may also decide whether to defer any final payment towards an alternative period of your choice (subject to availability).

  

Additional notes:

Up to 2 large dogs are welcome at no additional charge.

Please bring your own beach towels, throws & pet bedding as required.
